I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of my room - it was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was convenient to everything we needed or wanted to do. The outside of the property was nothing special and the building appeared to need some up-keep. Don't be misled by that; your room will be excellent!

All of my personal items were stolen or thrown out. I didnt even stay because i had nothing to even wear. Management offered no resolution and marriot cooperate was no help either. So now im out the cost of the room and approximately $80-$100 of personal belongings. The time before that an employee tried to enter my room at 2am and the time before that my boyfriends windows were smashed in his work van and tools were stolen.

Staff Excellent but location needs upgrade
The staff was excellent - however the noise level was excessive and quite honestly it was a little shady - the parking lot was traveled by transients at all hours even found one looking inside my vehicle at night - luckily it was locked. if you are going to charge $12 per night for parking perhaps it would be a good idea to secure the lot.

Outstanding breakfast, nice kitchen and room setup
I stay here when traveling cross country to be with my Mom, who is in Assisted Living. I always like having a kitchen. This has a 3/4 size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stovetop, sink, and dishwasher. I only combine or warm up foods, but actual cooking could be done here! I love the breakfasts, with eggs, oatmeal, waffles, bacon or sausage (on different days), cereals, bagels, fruits and pastries. This is way nicer than coffee and pastries. The desk is very large, for spreading out. The door on my room was out of alignment and problematic. They had their guy look at it right away, but couldn't really do anything for it. I would like to see recycling in the rooms. I left my recyclables on the counter, but they probably got trashed. All staff was friendly. Would recommend staying here, especially for the kitchen and the hot breakfast.

Every employee at this hotel was overwhelmingly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate all their help with a difficult situation. They made it much easier for me to be OK.

I booked 2 king studio rooms. When I checked in, the front desk person said that there was only one king studio available and that a queen bedroom was the only room option. She said that since I booked with Expedia the hotel had the right to give the king room to others. It is a first come first serve booking because I didn’t book directly with them. Really??? Expedia please explain this situation???

Very slow in checking us in. A room was not available when we tried to check in. Asked for additional pillows and never received them. Went to the front desk to check on them and no body was at the desk. After 10 minutes of waiting I gave up.
