I would have given this property a 5 except for the lack of staff person being present on the property and a lot of telephone miscommunication. We checked in at 3 o’clock and were in a hurry to change and leave for a wedding, and did not get back to our room until 1 o’clock in the morning. We discovered that we needed a plunger in the bathroom, a simple thing that should be available in every bathroom in every room. I called the number for “concierge service” and talk to a person who knew absolutely nothing about the property and was only there to transmit messages to others. I told her it was an emergency Hi. When I did not hear back after 20 minutes, I called again and was told that a member of housekeeping would be there at 6 o’clock in the morning. I said that we could not wait until 6 o’clock. All we needed was a plunger and was there one on the property. She didn’t know, and said she would call again. The third time I called I spoke to a different person who told me the same thing. There was no manager to contact and the housekeeper would be there at 6 o’clock There was no public restroom in the facility, and I will not describe what we had to do to be able to use the bathroom In our suite. The plunger was delivered at six, we retrieved it at 8:30, after having gotten only four hours of sleep during the night, and The problem was solved in two minutes. When I spoke to the housekeeper, she told me she had received the message, (to be cont’d).

Reasonably Priced Place to Stay Just Off Highway
In an area that is touristy while not having many budget options -- if you do not want a high end luxury couple's experience -- this is a very reasonable option. It is just off the highway so it feels a bit corporate and you can hear the traffic whooshing by in the distance, but for ease of use and general comfort, it is a good deal. No real hotel staff, but everything is done with a combo-lock so it's no problem, and there is some food available in the morning serve-yourself.

Very clean but a very different hotel experience. More like a mini apartment. You receive a code to let yourself into the building and room. No employees on site. It’s very quiet. Small room with the basics. Two towels. A bar of soap. Shampoo. Conditioner. A tv. Queen bed. Comfortable bed. A small deck. Looks new on inside. Perfect for a one night stop over. Convenient. Reasonably priced.

Viable low cost alternative. It’s a fully automated facility, no front desk, key in to enter and to your room. They don’t do a very good job of communicating that. I’ve stayed at similar places in the past, and received texts telling me to look for the code. The communication from this facility was not that good. We saw other people arriving that were just as surprised as us. Rooms are a little small, but reasonable. Location is a little tough to find!

he was totally an awesome stay. There was no interaction with a front desk personnel. Everything was done remotely with a keyless entry into the hotel itself and also to your room. landscapingwas immaculate inside the hotel itself. You couldn't find spec of dust anywhere. The room was more than spacious enough very very clean. I want to recommend Brinton Hotel & Suites to everyone. I give it five stars plus

Love the self check-in feature. Balcony out back was a nice touch for relaxing. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Good amount of towels. Plenty of parking. Price was good. Good location. Plenty of food within a few minutes of driving. Now the ugly…. Had to carry the luggage up stairs. Not a huge problem, but is if you aren’t able to lift it… noticed a strong smell of coffee when we arrived. Discovered later the coffee pot still had coffee in it…. Upon making coffee the next day, found all the creamers were expired and chunky…. Walls are paper thin. Heard the people next door raising cane most of the night. Also was able to hear whole conversations, even a whole conversation when someone knocked on their door and told them they were being to loud. Which resulted in them just slamming doors and draws all night. Then smacking the wall when we got up at 8am and started our day. Will stay again. Just hope for a better experience.
