Disliked: Staff & service
Rooms are motel style, very small. No kettle or coffee making facilities in the room. Disappointing to not even have a glass in the room for some water. Check in staff was friendly but all others were not - didnt greet you walking around the premises and appeared unhappy
We didn't realise we had booked in an establishment with shared kitchen facilities and such a tiny room without kitchen facilities. However we ended up enjoying our stay, the shared kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and the semi enclosed dining/drinks area with beautiful pool was a great space to enjoy. Full marks to whoever is responsible for the creative plantings, garden art etc. A great stopover thank you.
This wonderful establishment has all the homely little touches that give away that it is a well loved family run business not a hotel chain.
Rooms are smallish but adequate, and there is a host of well appointed common areas including a spacious and well appointed kitchen and dining area (the best I have seen), an al fresco courtyard, a pool, a TV room and a games room.
The establishment is eco friendly as well with various recycling opportunities as well as what what looks like a help yourself stock of left behind shampoos, toothpaste etc (better this than putting them in landfill).
We were smitten with the place as were all the guests we spoke to on our stay.
Highly recommended to self catering travellers.
Just a great accommodation option. Smallish self contained rooms with great facilities including the best communal kitchen I've ever seen, an al fresco seating and dining area, oa games room fresco kitchen
Although the rooms were quite small what made up for this was a fully equipped kitchen which included lots of different oils andcondiments for cooking. There were also a large TV room, a billiards room and darts plus outdoor tables surrounded by palms and other plants.
The rooms were small but there was a excellent kitchen area, games room and a lounge area where you get to meet lovely fellow travellers. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
Really enjoyed my stay here - Ningaloo Lodge is really well cared for and in a great location easily walkable to restaurants and shops. There’s a great communal kitchen and a wonderful outdoor area with tables and a pool. The room was basic but very clean and had everything you need, including a mini fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would very happily stay here again!
Beautiful gardens and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. The Decore of the whole area including rooms were beautifully presented. Well organised and plenty of facilities and supplies in dinning / kitchen area. Highly recommended.
Great place to stay.
Kitchen is amazing, so well equipped.

Communal areas in the courtyard, pool and kitchen are excellent. However, the rooms can at best be described as bijou or in other words...cramped. There is nowhere to place your bags and no space for unpacking. Considering most guests will be on the road, this is a big problem. The bedding, whilst clean, looks tired and in need of changing, pillows were not great and the quilt dated and needs replacing. The AC is not great and the bathroom is like a sauna.
This place was a little different, the comunal kitchen was really great as it gave us a chance to meet and talk to the other guests and share theirs and our experiences from our travels. We loved it, it was a great place to stay and it was close to everything Exmouth had to offer.
