Would fully recommend this hotel. Amazing views over the sea front. Room was clean and appeared newly decorated. Bed comfortable and linen brilliant white. Only downside would appear to be lack of parking during the day.

We arrived before check in time and asked if it would be okay to park at the hotel, the receptionist said it was fine. They took our details and said our room was ready if we wanted to check in, which we did, this was 2 hours before our stated check in time. We found all staff at the hotel very welcoming and happy to help. Would definitely recommend to others.

Room needs much updating but the hotel staff are very welcoming, rooms are gradually being updated. Good breakfast, nice bar area and great position near beach, parking was a little difficult. All in all happy with stay. Very reasonably priced.

Books because it was advertised with parking. On our arrival T 15:00 (earliest we could) all the parking was taken and we were told it is a first come basis. Didn’t help that they had a wedding party there. When we got to the room it was vile, small, old, tired and damp. It was dirty and damp stains everywhere, on the carpet walls and ceilings. The window would not lock and all the wood was rotten. Would not go back and stay, even if it was free. Room 306.

The rooms are very dated you request for the room to be cleaned and they go in and then do nothing and leave - the staff are hit and miss at breakfast first day awful service and issues with the food 2nd day the food and service were better - a selection to pick for breakfast and cooked fresh lovely bar area and front outside area - will be nicer when the back Garden is complete easy walking access to the beach and town - slight incline on the way back
