This four bedroom, two bathroom home has been furnished spectacularly, just perfect for your next holiday. This property has been designed to soak in the magnificent views. Moor your boat on your own private floating jetty or watch the sunset with your favourite beverage on the large deck.

This property has child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and has a secure yard making it perfect for children.

Also included is a floating jetty with space for an 11m boat (no power or water available at jetty).

There is parking space for the car and boat with no clearance concerns.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

A bit disappointed
Felt like it used to be a luxury stay that hasn’t been maintained. Plenty of space kitchen items but mostly pretty old and worn Laundry - an empty laundry liquid container and the washing machine dispenser all clogged up so didn’t use Insufficient toilet paper for stay Towels old and stained Mattresses poor - ended up changing to a smaller bed mid stay as was getting too sore on soggy main bed Lots of pictures missing off hooks around the house Most of the blinds were damaged and one in the main bed missing Batteries seemed flat in remotes making it hard to operate Sink in upstairs bath clogged and didn’t drain Water never got past warm (boost didn’t seem to make any difference) Shower head in ensuite leaking so you had water spitting at you (cool) and started running spontaneously on 2 nights Rug in lounge needs non slip mat under it - dangerously slippery Lounge worn, dirty and holes Seating on main room deck worn stained and torn Speakers on deck rusted BBQ exterior not clean (didn’t use so not sure about interior or functionality) All of the above you don’t mind for a budget accommodation but when you’re paying $800+ per night for 6 nights it’s disappointing.

Good house, just some information regarding hot water booster and lighting BBQ would have been appreciated. Otherwise very comfortable and sunrise on the back deck was awesome.
