This fabulous six bedroom, four bathroom family home is perfect for your next family gathering of catching up with friends. Featuring two master suites and a full outside bathroom you wont have any trouble making your next getaway amazing.
With canal views to rear and Gulf views from the front, this open plan living home has plenty of places to relax and enjoy some of the spectacular views Exmouth has to offer.
Bringing a boat - not a problem public moorings located across the footbrige. Contact our office for details to reserve one of these. (Please note this is managed by the Department of Transport and additional fees are applicable)

Kitchen has a six burner freestanding oven, dishwasher and large fridge. Also included is a large kitchen island perfect for toasting the days adventures.

Deck, situated off of the living area, looks over the canal with built-in BBQ, sink and fridge.
Outside is also a full bathroom, perfect for extra guests or washing off the sand from a big day out.

You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being center stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
