This elegant, tastefully decorated home has a spacious open plan living/dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry and even a coffee-pod machine. The lounge comes with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV for your entertainment. The guests are provided with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the whole house.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being center stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Great location
Fantastic house and location. Dispointed that no cleaning products were provided. We had to purchase a mop from the IGA to clean the floors daily due to the dust as our 1 year old was getting filthy crawling around. Would have been nice if a vacuum cleaner and mop were provided. Also very hard to keep the upstairs bedroom cool as the upstairs windows have no blinds. Otherwise great service and great house. Would recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is in such good condition and had absolutely everything you need. The team at exmouth holidays were amazing to deal with when we needed the gas bottle refilled, it was done that day! Couldn’t recommend the home enough.

The house was amazing waking up on the canal every morning. Such a quite area and a great place to spend time with friends or family. The house was very clean and well kept.
