We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Exeter Village is ideally located from which to explore the many cafes, restaurants, Award Winning wineries, and antique shops to name a few. You may prefer to get active with bushwalks, cycling, golf or mountain bike riding which the Southern Highlands has to offer in spades. Only a short country drive to eclectic villages and plentiful local cafes, restaurants , Golf Courses and markets. 5 minutes drive to Moss Vale and Sutton Forest, 20 minutes drive to Bowral.
Discover the myriad of hidden gem wineries and vineyards in and around Exeter Village, including: St. Maur Winery, Southern Highlands Winery, Sallys Corner Wines, Cherry Tree Hill Vineyard, Cuttaway Hill Wines, Centennial Winery, Artemis Winery, and Tractorless Vineyard at Eling Forest.

Step inside to be greeted by gorgeous wooden floors, high ceilings with skylights, and an inviting open-plan living space filled with natural light and stunning fireplace. The cottage boasts air-conditioning throughout to make the Summer Nights and chilly Winters super comfortable.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, sleek stone benchtops, and everything you need to create a delicious meal. The adjoining dining and lounge area is perfect for gathering, with plush furnishings and large windows overlooking the picturesque countryside.
With two elegant bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, featuring luxe bedding and tranquil views, rest comes easy. Each bedroom is paired with its own designer bathroom (one ensuite and one main bathroom), complete with underfloor heating for ultimate comfort in Winter.
A perfect retreat for couples, families, or friends, this exquisite cottage blends modern sophistication with country serenity, offering a truly unforgettable escape in the Southern Highlands.

*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No parties or events
*No smoking allowed
*No pets allowed
* The home can accommodate up to 6 guests with the sofa bed upon request, with a fee of $140. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first..

* This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a travel cot, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up. We do not provide a highchair, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
