The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to
the Centre, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline.

A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and smart TV. On the 1st floor and accessed via an outdoor staircase.

The apartment is spacious and light with an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a 50' Smart TV and free WIFI. The huge L Shaped sofa has adjustable headrests and can be turned into a double sofa bed. The two very large windows provide loads of natural light and look out onto Exeter and the countryside beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a filter coffee machine and washer/dryer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided.

The bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed with ample clothes storage and black out curtains. Bed linen and towels provided.
