High Meadow offers a cosy and comfortable stay in a beautiful rural setting with great country walks and cycle paths on the doorstep and just on the edge of the city of Exeter. Come to enjoy a retreat in a quiet and peaceful setting or hop in the car for a short drive to reach Exeter city, Devon’s beautiful beaches, Dartmoor, or other local attractions. The space is cosy, clean and comfortable. The annexe shares a wall with the owner’s house, but has two separate entrances - a front and back door which gives guests complete privacy. The layout is over three levels with a few steps separating each level. As you enter, you will find to the right the bedroom with a kingsize bed. Just next to the bedroom is a small dressing room with a chest of drawers, mirror, hanging clothes rack and space to store your luggage. You could even fit a travel cot in this room. To the left of the corridor, steps lead up to the next level where you will find the bathroom. Up two more steps leads to the third level where you will find the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has all basic amenities for your stay, along with a fridge/freezer in an out-building. There is a dining table for two in the kitchen which can be extended to fit four. The living room is just off the kitchen/dining area and is a comfortable place to sit and relax. The sofa bed pulls out into a small double which could fit two children or one adult.

High Meadow leads out onto a rural road with beautiful views of hills and farm areas in one direction, and the city of Exeter in the distance in the other direction. There are many beautiful walking and cycling paths in the area which do not require a car. Though in a rural location, the cathedral and university city of Exeter is 3-4 miles away and Dartmoor National Park is just 30 miles to the west.
