Great overnight stay
What a lovely little place Everglade city was. Everyone knew each other in the town and they all welcomed us everywhere we went . The room was basic, but clean and comfortable and the shop , restaurants etc were all a short walk away. Made a lovely addition to our Florida road trip we are on .

Spacious room but not good
The hotel is very broken everywhere but I was given a room that has been renovated. However, there were so many u finished places creatures can come in because the walls are not sealed. The screen door was still half broken. The shower curtain was hung above the ledge so water has to go out of the shower area. We felt like camping inside dyne property. The pictures of the room are nice but all the renovations were not professional jobs.

You cant beat the value given for the price. Being a single female low budget traveler, this place makes visiting the everglades and trips too south florida possible. Real close to the convienence shop and restaurants. Not far from kayak launches. Has a fridge. Wifi. Everglade city is super safe, so their motel isnt like affordable housing for crackheads.

Nice property, nothing fancy but just enough for you to relax. Seems very safe, the only downside is that the rooms stil have physical keys to enter and all restaurants and bars that are walking distance close very early. Closest restaurant is about 35 minutes away in Naples. Other than that, it was a nice comfortable stay.
