Quiet and clean. Check in was a breeze. Front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Yes, there were a few sketchy looking people around the neighborhood, mainly at the Safeway. However, I felt safe as a female traveling alone. Plenty of parking and I felt safe parking and walking in lot after midnight. Bed was awesome!

The overall facility was greatly maintained except for the fitness center. The yoga rug was chipping and tv was difficult to figure out. Also, the staff has to be reminded that if a “busy” banner is on the door it means “do not enter” while I am not in the room; language barrière could have been the factor but its facility management’s job. Some of the hosts were very friendly while others just did their job to the T. Sometimes flexibility makes everything go smoother. I sure loved Stephany. 😍

The rooms were very smelly like dirty socks or something died in there. Breakfast had limited coffee and poor service. Customer service was good but hotel was not maintained. I will avoid express in future due to this bad experience.
