A pleasant stay to coup the deals on black friday.
My wife and I had a pleasant stay with our 9month old. The staff were friendly and helpful during the stay. The only nag was that our room hand't been turned down when we popped back to the hotel to deal with the little one at around 4pm and our room. We spoke with housekeeping and this was corrected by the time we arrived back for the night (around 8pm). Other than that the stay was pleasant and quiet. We had sprung for the M-Club level room, so access to the pantry was definitely worth it too!

A nice place to stay, but room service is lacking
The room was comfortable, and the shower was great. Tried to order room service, but there was no menu in the room, so I went to the restaurant to get one. I took it back to the room, and we all decided what we wanted, and I called to place the order. After the phone rang for 3 minutes, I hung up and went to place a to go order in person. The food was good.

Great place to stay, stopped by before thanksgiving, hotel staff at the lobby when I arrived were clear and polite, later on next day when I checked out I was a little confused because I couldn’t understand what one of the lobby people was telling me. But overall it was a clean, quiet and pleasant hotel.
