It was quite busy and full due to the recent power outages in the area. But the staff was doing an amazing job accommodating the situation.

It was a reasonable room, but the bed clothes were thin, and there were no extra blankets in the room, and there was a cold air leak. Most importantly, you advertise a free breakfast, my confirmation said the same and when I checked in, I was told that I was eligible for the breakfast. The following morning, I was informed that I was not on the list for free breakfast. And that was that. No apology given. And after that, I left and was certainly not going to line your pockets by buying your breakfast. No other hotel I have stayed in has refused any guest a breakfast. I will avoid your hotels.

Everything was great except the check-in. Took us 45 minutes waiting in line. The one check-in clerk was friendly, courteous and apologetic but still the wait was unpleasant and unacceptable.

I would stay again
I absolutely loved the secured parking. Yes it costs extra but worth it. I wasn’t very happy with the thermostat, it would not let me turn the heat up past 58* so I was quite cold even bundled in sweatpants and hoodies. The shower had a few hairs on the walls which was kinda gross, but otherwise everything else seemed quite clean. Bed was super comfy I slept great (which usually is not the case for me!)

Was super impressed by the room I stayed in the only thing I was annoyed by was continental breakfast…they don’t offer it and the breakfast was expensive for what it was.
