Excellent rental and value
This guest house was a comfy rental for my husband and me over a long weekend, but could easily accommodate two couples who are OK sharing a bathroom. It was squeaky clean and the managers were extremely prompt answering questions. The gravel parking area is off-street and only 10 - 15 feet from the front door. It is quiet and safe location, with families and couples walking through the neighborhood frequently. The nearest I-5 interchange is about 2 miles, approximately a 7 minute drive. Their description is accurate, so I won't repeat what they provide on the VRBO web-site. We plan to stay again the next time we are in the area, if it is available!

Wonderful stay in a quaint home
I recently stayed at this VRBO for 9 days, and it was a fantastic experience. The hosts, Steve and Beverly, were incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The house itself was very comfortable, providing a great home away from home. The added security of knowing the hosts lived on the property gave us peace of mind, making our time away from home much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and secure getaway! ---

This home was very clean and had everything we needed. The whole house was updated and modern and the beds were very comfortable. Also had a washer and dryer, which was great. Steve and Bev were so kind and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Wonderful gem!
Stayed for an extended weekend while we visited family nearby. Super easy access to location and getting into the home. Nice, quite neighborhood. Ample parking right at the front door. House was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed during our stay (fabulous washer and dryer). The most appreciated amenity was the air conditioning since there was a heat wave while we were there. We will definitely reserve this house on a future visit to see family.

Very nice place, well kept, and organized. Great location for our stay visiting relatives. Ad said it had a hot tub, didnt see it anywhere unless its behind owners house which is located directly behind the vrbo unit. Tv was a little confusing to operate at times. Very quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful home near Silver Lake
This home was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family of four. Well stocked kitchen. The owners are very nice people and live next door. Very easy to communicate with and helpful. Perfect Place to Visit Family

They even have an AC system in the house; which came in handy the week we were there was in the 90's. Steve and Beverly were extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. Convenient and quiet location
This turned out to be a great stay for us. The beds and couch were comfortable and the residential street is very quiet for sleeping. The bathroom is nice, with a tub, and the kitchen very well equipped with a real stove and big refrigerator. Plus washer and dryer. All new and well kept. There is no real outdoor living space, but a nice lawn in front. The sizeable lake is just at the end of the street (cross at the light) with parks, trails, and water access. Even a beach for swimming if it's hot. We enjoyed talking to our hosts a couple of times. They were very friendly and lovely folks. We would consider this place first next time we need to stay in the "north of Seattle" area.
