Def an older property...i love vintage but cleaning up and updating would do so much for this place. Beautiful, older building. Carpets need a deep cleaning, room was ok, but def outdated. AC system needs cleaning as the return register had buildup of mildew. Drapes were extremely wrinkled and discolored. Bed skirt did not fit the bed. Jiat needs some deep cleaning and some updating

The hotel section of the property and the areas outside the casino appeared neglected and run-down. The entire building was permeated with the scent of cigarette smoke. Although our hotel room was clean, it was missing amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. Several outlets in the room were inoperable, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, leaving the floor very slippery after a shower.

The entire experience was quite horrible.... very little water pressure in the shower. The carpet was filthy...the chair was diiscustingly filthy, we wouldn't lay anything on it because it was sooooo filthy....Very, very disappointed for what was supposed to be a higher end hotel.

Not worth the money! Swipe NEXT!
First time staying at this hotel and it was terrible! The hallway carpets looked like (and smelled like) they have not been steam cleaned in months. The wallpaper was literally coming off the wall in the bathroom. There’s no fitted sheets on the beds. They just had a regular sheet over the top of the mattress. Two outlets didn’t work. There are zero amenities at this hotel. Our room didn’t have a mini fridge but found out you pay extra for a room with a mini fridge. The front desk staff was super nice but the line was very long and they are slow at checking in. I would not recommend this property at all! Bally’s needs to spend some money on cleaning and updates.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was super comfy. We could hear the elevators running which was annoying but for one night it was fine. Wished there was a mini fridge in the room. That was a bummer. The property is beautiful, casino and restaurant is great. The parking garage was gross though. Trash everywhere.
