The only few things we wish they could improve on is the mattress and the pillows. The mattress is like sleeping on a rock. pillows are too flat. We just LOVE everything else!!!! Oh and we wish we had microwave in our room.

Despite a major system issue that held up check in for many of us arriving late last night, we were treated well and front desk handled it so gracefully I told him he had the patience of a saint to keep it together in such a stressful situation! Lobby great and despite being so tired after a long drive we felt welcomed and were able to sit and relax while the system was rebooted so he could issue keys!

Great place to stay, very clean, staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen at similar hotels, and rotated each morning. Highly recommend!

Close to Victory Theater
Stayed here since it was a few blocks from Victory Theater. Nice lobby & friendly staff @ check in. Room was clean, spacious & quiet. Our room was by the elevator but never heard voices or slamming doors. Hot breakfast served-it was ok. No USB ports to charge phone so bring something that plugs into a regular outlet.

Nice hotel with comfy beds!
Front desk night shift was very kind and helpful. Overall, hotel was clean and felt safe. Seems a tiny bit dated & could use an update/brightening up. Pool was nice, but it needs better ventilation. I couldn’t stay in there because of the overwhelming chlorine scent (migraines & asthma). Loved the views of all the churches and other gorgeous buildings. Within walking distance of tons of things. We stayed in five hotels on this trip, and these beds were the most comfortable of all of them! We would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed for 3 days while my wife’s sister was in the hospital. We have stayed in many hotels in our 50 years of marriage. This visit was one of the most enjoyable. The staff was absolutely outstanding, the breakfast was great and the breakfast area was nice and homey. Room was clean, bed was great. Just a very, very, enjoyable experience.

The only issue I had was it advertised a coffee shot online and they said they couldn't do any specialty coffee which was confusing because if you have an expreso machine and syrups on the counter with Starbucks advertising why can't you make a mocha?
