Good location. Value for money at the time we stayed. Much better than staying in a cabin at the holiday park- much more room and and two bedrooms. Property was in a clean state when we arrived. We didn't care that it's an older property. Key pick up and drop off was too easy.

No heating, one small shelf for food, old crockery and non matching cutlery, no bathroom exhaust fan, small triangular shower with plastic curtain, no communication from agent, owner or cleaner in one month of letting, no WiFi, no vacuum cleaner, window cutain in kitchen incomplete (privacy), single beds uncomfortable, couch uncomfortable. Needs a good makeover before letting again.

'You get what you pay for' - sums up this apartment. It was clean, great location in terms of the beach, clubs and shops, its just tired. It could really do with a make over, but that's why its cheap. But I would stay here again for the price.

The listing is a LIE. There is no gym or pool as advertised
The accommodation was ok but the listing was a LIE!!!!!! Beware!!!!! I have tried several times to ring Stayz & Vrbo and no one will take responsibility for the wrong listing advice. The Evans Head Elders Real Estate say the wrong listing is the Styaz responsibility and Stayz says it is theirs so I have been going around in circles for months with no success. The listing advertised a gym and a pool and neither of these were available. If you have a family and were counting on a pool then there is not one there. There is no gym either and even though I've contacted Elders and Stayz no one has changed the advertisement. I contacted both the agent and Stayz and neither of them will take responsibility for the wrong advertising nor give me a discount for wrong listing. I certainly would not recommend anyone booking through Stayz/Vrbo as there is no follow up if there is a problem WARNING!!!!! The ad for the property is a LIE
