Bed mattress was broken/horrible. Heater/Air very noisy. Chair was very stained/dirty. Door had cracks around it with day light and air leaking around it. Shower has no water pressure. Not a bad place to stay just needs some TLC/updating!!

The property was clean, inside and outside! Plenty of easy access parking. Beds were comfortable. Staff was accomodating to our needs. The location was very good! Transit stop on property, and the location was very convenient to the historic district, restaurants, and other amenities. I would stay there again as well as reccomend it. Very satisfied!

Very clean motel, housekeeping was great. Only problem was no WiFi in the room, had to be by the sink/toilet to get connected and it would usually drop after a couple minutes. Couldn't connect at desk or bed. Strong WiFi in the breakfast area though

Stayed Sunday thru Wednesday. It was quiet. The pool was a little cool (it is October) but the hottub was large and hot. Hot coffee and basic continental breakfast each morning.

Stayed here 3 nights. Our room was a double queen and very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed such as fridge, microwave, etc. Pool and Hot Tub were great. Towels were provided in the area. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Short 1 minute drive to all the downtown action. Area was very quiet and felt very safe here. There is a medical weed dispensary in the lobby building but don't let that deter you from staying here. It was NOT an issue at all. Staff was plesant and very informative. Would definitely stay here again.

Our hotel was fine. It was convenient for what we were there for. The only problem was when you say you have a continental breakfast it should have a hot meal enclude not packaged stuff. We were disappointed and others as well that were staying said the same.

Clean but hard mattress
The weekend we stayed they did not have wifi in our building. Enjoyed it was within walking distance from the historic district of Eureka Springs. We thought the mattress was too hard for us. Breakfast was all packaged food except for apples. Parking was good.

The Continental breakfast was not good. Everything was cold. No hot food available. We stayed there when it was the Best Western and they had a fantastic hot breakfast. When we booked these rooms we didn’t realize that the hot breakfast had went away. Probably won’t stay there again.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The heated pool was a nice bonus. The grounds were well kept and the staff was friendly. It’s very close to downtown and the grocery store in town so it’s conveniently located. The only negative is there was no safe in the room which I thought was odd. Overall, I great value for the amenities.
