Great Experience
I travel to the area at least quarterly, and have stayed at many properties. This has been the best by far - Super clean, well appointed, nice neighborhood, conveniently located to freeway and shopping. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything I would want, everything seemed new, the shower was terrific! The walls are quite thin, and I heard some really interesting conversations from the neighbors, but since I was only there long enough to sleep, it was not really an issue. Definitely look forward to staying here again next trip.

Acceptable place to stay
We encountered a few issues, but the host was very accepting of our suggestions and will hopefully take to heart and improve the experience. Overall seemed clean at first, but had hair in shower drain and in dust bunnies. Host said she would address this. Had to YouTube how to work the mini split. Worked well after we figured out the remote. She stated wi-if and house rules were on the app. We have the app and could not find them. The Roku on the TV would not work it kept trying to update and acted as if not connected to Wi-Fi. We messaged through the app and it was 3 hours later (after we were in bed) she got back to us. She did apologize for the delay and stated the messages just came through. Overall, these are very fixable issues and the host is aware. I would give the place another chance.
