Staff is great. Rooms very nice. Housekeeping was really on top of things. Unfortunately we were very disappointed that we paid extra for a riverview but the riverside building is still closed for renovations. As was the pool and fitness room. The main reason we booked the hotel was for a riverview. It would've been nice to know all this before we booked it and paid $1000 for 3 days!
