Peaceful studio close to town - Only 20 minutes to U of O!

Enjoy the peaceful surroundings here at this beautiful horse property surrounded by trees and wildlife. You'll see horses grazing in the pasture, wild turkeys, deer and occasionally a red fox. Across the street is a herd of sheep with babies every spring. We are a short 5 miles to town where there are multiple places to dine and shop.
The studio is attached to our home. You may hear the footsteps of our pups upstairs, otherwise it is very quiet. The entire studio apartment is yours with its own separate entrance. The backyard is a shared space. We only use that section of the yard if it is a very hot day. Then you may see us swimming in the pool. We are very respectful of your privacy and appreciate your respect for ours. Sorry, we do not allow guests to swim in the pool.

We came to Eugene for Parents Weekend at UofO and the Studio was perfect for our needs. Very clean, king bed is very comfortable, quiet setting, enjoyable space overall.

Nice and peaceful
This was a quiet, clean, beautiful place to stay. It is out in the country, with no local stores/ restaurants, but it’s a quick drive to those things (10-15 minutes). If you are looking for a quiet, clean, private, relaxing place to stay. I would recommend highly.

A blissful stay
We felt well cared-for in the Peaceful Studio. The country setting was quiet, the property charming and easily accessible to Eugene. The Studio was large, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen offered all the necessry appliances to give us the option to have breakfast before leaving for the day. The linens were lxurious. The paths and walkways well lit. We enjoyed seeing the horses and deer and other wildlife on the property. The owners were delightful, accommodating and communicated very well. All in all- a blissful stay!

Grandson's Graduation
Bucolic country setting visited by deer, wild turkeys, and our host's horses. The studio is set off the pool. While it was cool for dipping, the deck was shady and comfortable for lounging. Linda, our hostess, was accommodating (early arrival), available when needed, and invisible otherwise. It was a very nice stay.

Peaceful says it all!
Really nice, large studio in a heavenly spot just south of Eugene. Surprisingly close to everything given its definite rural feel. Perfect, that is, if you like trees and all things green. Besides the beautiful horses on the property, I also saw several deer passing through, as well as a number of wild turkeys. Owners are as nice as can be, the space is perfect: spacious, clean, modern, with nice little touches everywhere. Can't go wrong here!
