When me and partner went to stay at this hotel we. Got a room and this lady was being very werid saying she didn’t charge us twice and when we stepped into the room there was this big red stain on the wooden floor and we only got 2towels 1bar of soap and the tv didn’t work no refrigerator no microwave have to walk across the building to heat up stuff

Was not Informed when I asked for new sheets and towels that I needed to ask for them everyday. Therefor only got sheets and towels once while there for 6 days

Check in was easy. The person was nice. It was really easy to get off of the freeway and back on the freeway. The room had a smell wasn’t to bad but as an extra smoker you can tell that someone had smoked in it at one point in time.
