SEA VIEW : Property well situated with sea view and within short walk to main La Rada beach. Brilliant location - walking distance to Old Town and Estepona Port. Lovely view of Estepona Town and Seaview from balcony, both bedrooms and even while sitting in the lounge area.
WELL FURNISHED : Property is furnished and equipped to excellent high standard.
LIFT access to the property from the private space in underground car park. Easy access to lift area from both car park and pavement to apartment block. Property is on the 4th floor (only one floor above us with penthouse at the top).
SECURITY : door with quadruple door lock. Spy hole in front door; Intercom access telephone to main entrance with camera. Safe for valuables. Very secure property.

The Old Spanish square and town is also a short walk - also an ideal place for lunch or an evening meal.

Excellent Estepona apartment. Good location.
We stayed at this apartment for 15 nights part October/November 2024. Very good location walking distance to two supermarkets and the traffic free seafront. Two spacious bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom, small shower room. Located on the 4th floor, views over the town with sea in the distance. The TV set up is possibly one of the best and easiest to use we have come across for UK channels. Parking in Estepona is a real problem but the inclusion of an underground carpark and the lift a great bonus. If driving is no problem getting around the town is fairly easy once the road layout is fathomed. However, no vehicles are allowed on or near the seafront but there are 2 underground carparks under the seafront. Charges are very reasonable. In addition, there is another underground carpark close to the Orchid house. A little disappointing as few orchids were in flower but does have an impressive 3 tier waterfall. It should be noted that there is some traffic noise. Not too intrusive as due to the appalling weather all the windows etc. were closed but in summer......We found the shower temperature difficult to control. Either scalding or freezing cold. No in-between. In both the bathroom and the shower room there is nowhere to put anything except the floor or around the edge of the bath. Due to our unavoidable arrival times, we were charged 30Euros cash extra on arrival. This charge should be made clear at the time of booking and not after the completed booking.

The apartment is bright and airy and very comfortable, with a very well stocked kitchen including coffee machine. It’s well located to explore Estapona on foot, being easy to walk to the Port and Old town. It’s easy to get to and from the main road/motorway for exploring further a field. There are supermarkets 10 mins walk away. Mary and Dawn are very easy to contact and super helpful. Would recommend

This apartment has all you need for a holiday stay. I liked the fact that there were plenty of (non edible) provisions such as kitchen towel, washing up liquid, foil, coffee etc. very clean and it was great to have all the English channels including sky sports + golf channel. The area is safe, 10 minute walk to the Marina and 20 mins walk to town. The marina had some great restaurants (recommend El Cazador) and also has a Sunday Market. Just 5 mins from the apartment there is a great Wednesday Market. Overall a great stay, thank you Mary and Dawn.

What a find!
We had a fabulous week in this apartment. Centrally located, and very close to a lovely communal pool which we had to ourselves often! A very comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Would thoroughly recommend, and will certainly be rebooking in the future. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had.

Logement très propre, quartier très calme. Le garage en sous sol est tres appréciable et la piscine de la résidence permet d alterner avec la plage c est vraiment sympa! A winter break in Estepona
We have spent a very pleasant two months in Estepona. The apartment was very comfortable and in a very good position allowing us to walk to the harbour, beach and the Old Town. Dawn was extremely helpful with everything and she was there if we needed.

Lovely apartment
Lovely, well equipped apartment. The pool are was also clean and well maintained. Supermarkets within walking distance. Dawn met us and was very welcoming. She also responded very quickly when we had a minor issue with changing the gad cylinder. The only drawback was the very hilly nature of Estepona. Although the beach and port were not that far away the homeward journey involved some quite steep hills. However, it kept us fit. Thanks to Dawn and Mary.

Lovely apartment in a quite residential area all needs well catered for including sunbeds and beach towels .swimming pool at the rear of the block of flats for a quick dip in the evening Lidls only a few minutes walk away Beach and centre a good 10/15min walk away has a good selection of shops and restaurants Beaches lovely and spotless and not packed sunbeds and umbrellas only 5 euro a day pp Communication with Mary (owner) great prior to visit and Dawn who meets and greets once you arrive

Fantastic property with everything you need and more
We had an amazing family holiday in Estepona with out 2 children (aged 4 and 2). The apartment was generously equipped with everything you could need and more, and the location was great. The communal pool was a great hit with the children, and we'd definitely recommend Playa del Cristo if you have children. We walked this most days with 2 buggies which took about half an hour, but there is plenty of parking there if you've got a car. Would definitely recommend this apparatment and area for couples and families alike. Thanks very much for a wonderful holiday stay! Will & Stacey (Ipswich, U.K.)

We returned to Mary's beautiful flat in Estepona, and like the previous stay, everything was spotless and perfect: the communication, the booking, the check-in and checkout, the kind availability of Mary and Dawn. The installations are superb, exactly as advertised. The location is great for us, close to the beach (we walked), but in a residential area, so it's rather calm and soothing.

Exceptional apartment
We loved everything in Mary’s apartment: the location, close to downtown, the paseo maritimo, and the port / marina, and also close to two supermarkets. The underground parking and the swimming pool are two big plusses. As for the flat itself, it is exactly as advertised: lovely residence in a quiet neighborhood, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, like at home. Mary and Dawn were available and responded promptly to our requests. We were very lucky to be able to rent the apartment.

Estupenda estancia
Hemos estado alojados con nuestros 2 hijos pequeños y el apartamento nos ha parecido estupendo con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Piscina cerca del apartamento donde hemos disfrutado todos sobre todo a las mañanas con muy poca gente. Punto fuerte el garaje en el propio edificio con acceso desde el ascensor.
