A spacious, well equipped apartment in a perfect location
We consider the marina to be an ideal location, with shops, bars and restaurants all close, and a very pleasant, car-free, level walk to the old town. The apartment itself has great views, is large, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the chairs on the (enclosed ) balcony, watching the world go by below us. The reserved car parking space is a very valuable asset. The host, Rocio, was easy to correspond with and keen to help in any way to ensure our happy stay. We would love to return another time.

Perfect by the Port
My wife and I spent a week at Rocio's flat. Excellent location right above the Port and all it's activities. The apartment is generously sized and has all amenities. Rocio has decorated it very nicely with many personal touches. The closets are generous and feature built in drawers etc. There is a washing machine but no dishwasher. Our only word of caution, for those who are driving to Estepona is that parking within the Complex is challenging. We ended up parking in the neighborhood behind the flat which was always available and safe. We'll stay again.

Fantastic location with all the amenities necessary for a great holiday. View is astounding which makes an ideal spit for an early evening pre dinner drink or a morning cup of tea to welcome the day. Will definitely return

The condo was perfect, very clean and amazing views out to the Ocean. The unit is very high end & well stocked with all the essentials. Lots of great places to eat close by and the shopping in old town was fantastic. The hosts were always a whatsapp call away if we needed them for any info. on the area. Great holiday

the owner was waiting in the street and gave us the parking place in front of, super. than we are going in the apartment, always was in the rooms, very clean, the best is the look over the port, pfantastic. there a lot of restaurants in the near and a carfour express.

Apartamento acogedor para unas vacaciones.
Apartamento limpio, con todo lo necesario. Propietarios muy amables, dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema.. La ubicación del apartamento junto al puerto con unas vistas excelentes y la playa al lado. Y también, muy importante, parking.
