Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich weiterzuempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Ärgerlich war hingegen das Frühstück. Angeboten wird dieses in der Zeit von 7 Uhr bis 11 Uhr und kostet pro Person 14 Euro. Wir sind es aus anderen Hotels gewöhnt, dass bis zur Endzeit nachgefüllt wird. Dies war hier leider nicht der Fall. Wir kamen um 10 Uhr und mussten uns dann leider mit den Resten begnügen, welche sich scheinbar bereits seit 7 Uhr in der Auslage befanden. Entsprechend trockene Ränder hatte der noch verfügbare Käse zum Beispiel. Sehr Schade.

Nous avons du changer 3 fois de chambre La première fois la chambre n’était pas faite , la seconde nous avons retrouvé des excréments dans la salle de bain et sur la cuvette e des toilettes au final on se retrouve dans une chambre de catégorie inférieure sans excuses ou compensation … car c’est la seule disponible

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip
Das Hotel ist für 'Ortsfremde' nicht ganz einfach zu finden, am Gebäude steht Hotel Arosa. Ansonsten Zimmer klein, aber funktional und sauber. Service erstklassig, Frühstück super, und wenn sonst etwas fehlt, ist man in Rüttenscheid 'mittendrin'. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Parkhaus und kostet €12,- für 24 Std, mit etwas Glück findet man jedoch auch Parkplätze nahe der Rüttenscheider Straße.
