Clean and simple
The room was just what was required. Relatively quite considering we were on a busy road, The appartment was clean and had all that was required. The beds were firm and comfortable as well. As a bonus the pizzaria downstairs also makes good pizza´s. I will gladly use this room again for my next trip. Thanks

Angenehme Vermieterin, saubere. Einfache kleine Wohnung- ideal für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. BiegerPark und Rheinpromenade in der Nähe und U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind fußläufig erreichbar für Ausflüge in die Altstadt

Super Aufenthalt
Perfekter Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte Die Wohnung ist sauber. Das Badezimmer und die Küche ist zwar wirklich sehr klein, aber sauber und für unsere Zwecke ausreichend gewesen. Kontakt zur Vermieterin einwandfrei und total unkompliziert Dabei haben wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht (Freitag spät Abends für anreise am Samstag) Gegend sehr ruhig. Eigener Parkplatz im Innenhof vorhanden. Allerdings ist dieser nicht beleuchtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (z.B. Rewe war mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt) Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Pizzeria. Im Hausflur riecht es zwar danach, aber in der Wohnung selber nicht. Sollten wir wieder mal ein Tapetenwechsel benötigen, würden wir immer wieder buchen.

In diesem kleinen Appartement hat man alles was man braucht, in nur wenigen Minuten kann man die Shopping maile erreichen und auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.

die Wohnung hatte laut FeWo eigentlich gute Bewertungen...vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, aber Haare im Kühlschrank und auch Stockflecken, Haar im Bett, eine handvoll Harre aus dem Duschabfluß gepröppelt, irgendwie hatten wir den Eindruck, das lange nicht mehr gründlich sauber gemacht wurde...zur Aussicht ins Grüne- aber zuerst kommt eine alte Garagenanlage...die Fotos auf der Website suggerieren irgendwie wassernähe...sind aber ca. 20 km bis dorthin...wir hatten uns jedenfalls mehr versprochen und waren ziemlich enttäuscht...wenigstens das Wetter war gut...

Kompaktes Ein-Zimmer Apartment mit netter Einrichtung
Nett eingerichtet mit größerem Fernseher als auf der Abbildung ;-) und sehr kompakt wie auch wohlig. Insgesamt sehr nett zum Kurztrip nach Duisburg, denn das Zentrum und weitere interessante Ausflugsziele sind nicht weit entfernt.

Nette Ferienwohnung für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt
Diese Ferienwohnung ist für einen kürzeren Duisburgbesuch gut geeignet. Die Straßenbahn (903) ist nicht weit entfernt und fährt direkt zum Bahnhof und zum Landschaftspark Nord (sehr empfehlenswert).Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig(10min). Bad und Küche sind sehr klein. Die Küche ist ausreichend für Frühstück und Abendessen.Kochen nur mit Einschränkung. Die Fereinwohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Sie befindet sich über einer Pizzeria und einer Gaststätte, was aber geruchs-und lärmmäßig nicht problematisch war.
