Holiday house for 16 people in Espelúy, province of Jaén. Andalusia.
Ideal house to spend a vacation surrounded by nature and tranquility.
In the Jaén countryside, next to the Guadalquivir River, is this large country house with a garden and large private pool.
The house, of more than 400 square meters, is recently renovated and has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table and direct access to the porch and garden. It also has two living rooms - one of them with a fireplace - and a large dining room.
The house, on one floor and with capacity for 16 people, has an entrance hall from which you can access the welcome room, the fireplace/TV room and the dining room. Also in this part there are four bedrooms: two three-seater bedrooms each with two single beds and a trundle bed, both sharing a large bathroom with a bathtub. And two bedrooms with a double bed; both with their own bathroom (one of them en suite).
If we continue we will reach the kitchen, about 30 square meters, with a breakfast bar and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and has a large pantry with a drinks cooler.
From the kitchen you have access to the garden and the 40 square meter shaded terrace. On the porch there is a large capacity outdoor table and barbecue. On the terrace we find a large swimming pool with sun loungers.
