Pool area could use some additional care. Initially jacuzzi was not warm at all. Staff did take a quick action to get the jacuzzi working & followed up with a phone call to my room. Staff was all very nice & the complimentary breakfast & snacks in the room was a plus!

The lobby was disappointing. It felt very old and run down. But the room and the hallway were all completely renovated updated so the room itself was beautiful. But the lobby was a disappointment as was breakfast. But room was clean and incredibly comfortable.

Hussain on reception was very helpful and efficient. The breakfast was adequate but the hot food was pre-cooked well in advance and not very appetising. The orange juice is average, the hot water (for tea/coffee making) not hot enough and there could be cups, saucers and spoons in the bedrooms (for the Brits!!)

The room seemed clean, although kind of old/outdated in parts. My only real complaint is that I was told that there were no top level rooms available, and unfortunately the people in the room above me sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around until probably 1:30AM. I don't know if it was that they were particularly loud, or poor construction of the hotel, or a combination of both. I got very little sleep, and was pretty fried the next day.
