We booked to stay here while attending the F1 Grand Prix in Spa, 29 miles away. It was convenient, very clean, had spacious rooms and was a pleasant stay. The only negative was that there are no staff onsite (all automated) and therefore no breakfast options. Not even tea or coffee making in rooms! I’d stay again, but I’d take a kettle with me. The only options for food within walking distance are McDonald’s and Burger King, which my 14 yr old loved but I wasn’t so keen. We did buy food in Lidl but fresh food went off quickly in the heat, with no refrigeration facilities.

This is more a shelter rather than a hotel. No customer service, no reception, no fridge in the rooms, no kettle, no coffee, no tea, just two pillows, a place to sleep and leave very basic service better to go to the nearby city Aachen for better hotels.

They very regid and not flexible at all I had a very strong reason to delay my arrival, legally I have no rights,but from business point of view I expected response other they did Flexibility will attract more people to your property

Een prijsinteressant hotel, wel wat verbeterpunten
De ventilator in de badkamer maakte erg veel geluid, waardoor ik s-nachts licht niet aandeed en bijlichte met de telefoon om niet het hele hotel wakker te maken. Ik had gebeld maar stond in de rij. Ze belden wel terug en er is gepoogd het te repareren met plastic zakjes als buffer. Heeft niet geholpen. Mechanische bediening wc niet in orde. Omdat het water bleef lopen plaatje eraf gehaald zodat ik het beter kon bedienen. Op zich een goed hotel zeker goeie prijs, maar dit zou toch beter moeten lijkt me.

In diesem hotel gibt es keine Rezeption. Man muss mit einem Automaten sprechen. In der dusche war schimmel. Duschgel wurde erst nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt. Wir werden in diesem Hotel nicht mehr schlafen. Ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Unschöne Überraschung
Check-in erfolgte an einem Check-in-Automaten. Dort erschien aber nur eins von zwei auf Hotels.com gebuchten Zimmern. Gut, Check-In zumindest für das eine Zimmer erfolgteich beendet. Erstmal zum Zimmer gegangen um dort festzustellen, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt war. Fenster offen, Ventilator an, Betten benutzt, leere Flaschen standen herum. Also gleich wieder kehrt gemacht und zur Rezeption im Stammhotel gegangen. Der Service dort war dann freundlich, wir mussten trotzdem noch 90min warten, bis wir ins mittlerweile gereinigte Zimmer konnten. Bad hatte etwa die Größe einer Flugzeugtoilette, Duschaufhängung war klapprig und der Rauchmelder im Zimmer blinkte durchgehend rot, was vor allem im Dunkeln ziemlich störend war. Alles in allem kein empfehlenswertes Erlebnis, auch wenn wir vielleicht einfach nur Pech hatten.

Top accommodatie voor de prijs, echter was de geur uit de badkamer ondraaglijk en waren er veel insecten in de kamer (wellicht omdat deze zich op de begane grond bevond).
