The room was unpleasant. The trash bins were dirty, the towels were unpleasant, and the curtains were filthy. Although the mattress was comfortable, the worst part was the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke, which couldn’t be eliminated by airing out the room. The smoke odor made it impossible to sleep, and my hair and all my clothes reeked. Additionally, the room didn’t lock from the outside, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I eagerly awaited the morning to leave. However, the breakfast was good.

A really friendly hotel, with a really friendly and welcoming set of staff who made me feel very welcome. Although the room was quite basic (but for the price I'm not complaining), and could do with some work to it, the bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. Breakfast was also very generous. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent staff makes your stay great
Excellent budget hotel, staff speaks English and helps you with all your queries. Its in a quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of eateries within walking distance. Staff is amazing, ask them if you need ANYTHING and they will help you out. Restaurants, tourist landmarks, activities, bus info, train info, dolmus info etc.

This property is central and in walking distance of many attractions. It is in a safe area and there are plenty of convenience stores, shops and banks within walking distance. Whilst I felt the rooms could do with updating, they are clean and comfortable as is the entire hotel.

Considering the price, this place is excellent value for money. It’s basic but I enjoyed my stay and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too

Very helpful, English-speaking staff. Very good breakfast. Location an easy, if uphill, walk from the historic monuments. The room was very clean and had all the facilities that you really need. Overall, a good place to base yourself for a day or two in Erzurum.
