Nestled 15 minutes’ drive from central Mudgee, this secluded cottage is bounded by panoramic nature views giving a true country getaway. It boasts chic indoor and outdoor spaces with BBQ, a modern kitchen and central heating and cooling. Take a stroll down Market and Church streets to soak up Mudgee’s heritage charm and stock up on the region’s artisan produce. Check out the region’s lauded cellar doors (like Logan Wines and Robert Stein) and stretch your legs on a hike along Castle Rocks.
Set among sprawling land, this house enjoys idyllic pastoral views as far as the eye can see. Take it all in from the patio, while dining alfresco and whipping up a feast on the BBQ. The region is known for its excellent local produce and award-winning wineries.

Stepping inside, the living and dining area is open plan with large sliding doors and skylights filling the space with natural warmth. The contemporary kitchen comes fully equipped for your holiday catering, with a breakfast bar for slow mornings at home and a dining table seating six to come together for a shared meal. In the evening, kick back on the lounges with a good book and board games, or create movie nights at home on the large wall-mounted TV. Central air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans keep things comfortable no matter what time of year you’re travelling in.

The property comes with three bedrooms. Each contains a king-sized bed that can be split into two single beds on request and offers storage space for your belongings. Travelling with an infant?
