Conveniently positioned a 10-minute drive from Mudgee’s town centre and around the corner from Burnbrae Wines, this sprawling estate combines quintessential country living with fresh, modern style. Designed for families or groups, it boasts lush panoramic views, central heating and cooling and a wood-burning fireplace catering to all seasons. Generously proportioned, open-plan living invites you to come together while alfresco entertaining is encouraged with an outdoor table, fire pit and BBQ.
A unique hexagonal design and charming established gardens create an inviting family retreat that encapsulates life in the country. From evenings spent cooking up a feast on the BBQ or gathering around the fire pit and roasting marshmallows, it strikes the perfect balance between privacy, tranquillity, and convenience close to town.

Entering the property, the spacious living and dining area is open plan with full-height glass windows overlooking the garden. Choose from a dining table indoors or out and take things slow in the morning up at the breakfast bar. A contemporary kitchen comes fully equipped for your holiday catering with sleek appliances and cooking utensils to make the most of the region’s notable fresh produce. In the evenings, kick back on the sofas enjoying your favourite programs on the smart TV by the roaring fire.

Four bedrooms are each beautifully appointed and capture pastoral outlooks. The master highlights a sumptuous king-sized bed and comes with its own TV. The three other bedrooms contain queen-sized beds, and all offer ducted heating and cooling for all seasons. There’s plenty of storage space throughout, while those travelling with an infant can request a travel cot and high chair. The bathroom is a modern sanctuary with a freestanding bathtub, generous rain shower and luxurious double vanity. Guests will also have access to a second toilet found in the garage as well as internal laundry facilities, adding to your daily convenience. Garage and driveway parking is provided.

The property was very clean and reshly renovated. The bedrooms were spacious and the living area was also. The fire pit was a nice addition. Unfortunately the property we booked initially was not available and we were forced to switch when availability was poor - the house only had one bathroom which was an issue given we had two families with four teenagers, the biggest issue was the fact that from Saturday to Monday the hot water did not work and we were forced to have cold showers or wait until we returned to Sydney, this was a real dampener given the fact that overnight temps were very chilly.
