Well maintained Duplex home with a large private driveway and patio in the back. No sharing whatsoever! New paint throughout, clean laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen. Large eat in kitchen fully equipped with all large appliances and all small wares. Perfect first floor unit with only 5 steps to enter the building and no steps inside. New beds/Mattresses in both bedrooms. Private off-street parking is provided in a safe quiet neighborhood. All it is missing is you!
Please note this is a duplex home with a tenant in the upstairs unit, they are very quiet and respectful so we ask the same for any guests in this first floor unit.
