Very simple. It was clean. Staff is rude. No cups in the room. No coffee pot or microwave but it’s listed on the website that they are in every room. Pool was closed with no explanation. Won’t go back here.

There was a dirty facecloth left in the shower :(! Also, one “clean” facecloth had some black stains from mascara. There was one long black curly hair on the mattress which I had to remove (I have very short blond hair!). Being able to make some coffee in the room would have been nice! Breakfast buffet was also quite limited. For similar hotels and prices, the overall value wasn’t where it should have been in my opinion!

My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and it was always very clean. Disliked the breakfast- not very kid friendly with bagels and yogurt and Disliked that to floor was always wet from swimmer's heading back to thier room. Thought i was going to slip every times. The staff was always working hard and very friendly and warm. My room was very clean and same with the other areas in the hotel. Would come back but just maybe pack my own breakfast!

The breakfast was a disappointment. Only bagels, red delicious apples (the worst), no butter (just margarine), and the crappiest of jellies - grape and mixed fruit. There wasn't any coffee available in the room. No cups or even plastic glasses in the room. Staff was good, room was clean.

A great experience
We stayed overnight while on a local college visit. The location is convenient, near the highest and restaurants as well as the water park. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is immaculately clean. Will definitely stay here again!

It was simplistic and provided everything. Comfortable beds. Good tv selection. Great pool hours til 10. And open breakfast hours are great but so limiting with only bagels and a few muffins and OJ. Needs hooks in the bathroom. Would have liked my own microwave in my room. Plus they didn’t service my room once during our three night stay. Once would have been nice.

The breakfast is definitely lacking. As compared to other hotels where breakfast is offered it ranks in the bottom third. Just a few more choices like cereals, milks and and additional fruit items would make a big difference. Otherwise, the area was clean and bright. Whatever fragrance is getting pumped through the air system needs to be significantly notched down, as well. Overall, the staff was terrific and the hotel was CLEAN and updated!

This hotel looks like it had just been remodeled. It was so clean, from the lobby to our room. Check in took about 30 seconds which was great since we were travel weary. No coffee pot in the room, which I don’t even usually use, but would have appreciated one this morning. But there is coffee in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again as this is the mid-point between our son’s place in MA and home.

The room was very clean but TINY! The king bed did not have a lot of room around it. Also the “breakfast” consisted of bagels or bagels. You read that right. That’s all there was. So don’t go here if you’re expecting space and a good breakfast!
