I stayed here years ago when it first opened. What a fall from grace. Terrible staff, broken pool, erratic elevator, lumpy mattresses. Never again!

We got there and the staff was not welcoming at all. We had asked about upgrading our room and were told there was no other options and then a woman behind us had no reservations but was offered a suite that was an upgrade from ours booked. The hotel was clean but smelt like smoke pretty bad on the first floor. We were under the impression it was a smoke free facility. The elevator got stuck and attendants had to be called. It wasn’t a horrible experience but wish we had better customer service throughout our stay.

When they painted the doors they painted at least 6” around them then opened the doors to spray the other side against the wall . So everywhere door outlines on the wall and this is not a new paint job so done a long time ago .it shows no care

Rooms need to be deep cleaned!
Our first room had no working air conditioning so they put us in a different room. That room smelled funky as soon as we got in but we thought it would fade... it didn't and when we were ready to go to sleep, the kids all said the stink is from the bedding and the pillows. The best description is the smell is a cross between a dirty diaper and vomit. it's stronger in the area outside the bathroom so something must be in that carpet. We kept our shoes on in the room. Breakfast was good, pool was good but water is very cold. Refrigerator in the room wasn't cold enough to store dairy for the baby, it was like at 50 degrees.

It was a horrible stay from start to finish! First we get and i already paid for two rooms and then they said they only had me booked for one room so i had to contact someone from the website to fix that. Then the girl said the needed $25 security deposit for eaxh room so i give her my debit card, it changed me the $50 for both rooms. While i was sleeping i woke up and there was one charge for $107 and one for $108 by the time i got up to the room it was one $322 charge and $108. Then the clerk who is the also the so called manager/maintenance guy said that the system changes that automatically but at no time did anyone say that. So now almost $500 is neing tied up in pending charges that will be released in 7-10 days. That was money that i had planned to used for our vacation. Then everytime i left i would get locked out of my room one time i had to wait for over an hour until the so called maintenance/manager came down from his room apparently to jimmy the lock open. The pool was disgusting. The beds felt like i was sleeping on rocks and were filthy dirty. The air in the hotel was non existent. I would definitely not ever stay at any Laquinta again. Even if they gave the room to me for free. Don't waste your money here with them. Run!!!!

Convenient place right off the highway. Parking lot was well lit. Definitely not a hotel that is worth paying over $80. I don't know if construction is going on or is that the esthetic they're going for. My room was in particular with vanity in the bathroom was not finished. A sink and counter top set on top of 2X4. There was only 1 bath towel. Overall, a quick overnight stop wasn't horrible but not a place I would be vacationing.

The staff were not helpful or friendly. They didn’t have extra pillows and fridge in room was broken. The hotel was dirty in common areas. The beds were not very comfortable, place is overpriced for condition.

Pool wasn’t heated and dirty window and rotted sills no towels at pool. Lobby was hot and door was left open . In room dirt and dried things on the walls. Went down to desk for towels and non available fridge did work well and air conditioning was very hard to operate. Socks were dirty from walking on the carpets. I will say breakfast was nice though.

The area is accessible. Lots of parking space. Though the swimming pool is open but the heater for it is acting up so water isn’t great for a swim. Ice machine is also not working on the ground floor so whenever you need an ice you have to walk to 2nd floor to get one. The room that we got doesn’t have an iron in but it does have the iron board. Not sure why there’s no hair dryer available in the room which I thought is a standard things I usually see on every hotel i have been.

Our stay was horrible! First they didn't have the room we reserved and gave us a smaller room and then we were still charged for the king suite!!! Front desk was very rude and not accommodating! Pool was ice cold! Elevator stopped working and had to climb 3 flights of stairs! I am elderly and had a hard time doing this! Put towels out and requested new ones but that didn't happen! Also put garbage outside our door for pick up and that took forever! I don't appreciate getting charged for something I didn't get!

The property is in dire need of work. The sliding front entry doors were broken, the elevator didn't work, there were missing ceiling tiles, and flaking paint. With taxes, the cost for one night was $200 for this run down property next to the interstate. I booked La Quinta because I find them to be a step above Super 8 and Motel 6. This was a not the case.
