Property was very safe, clean and quiet. I booked a single night online as the room category was not available for a second night. On check-in, I inquired about availability and was told the room category was, indeed, fully booked. The person helping me said I'd have to switch rooms after the first night, which I said would be fine, but then he made no offer to secure a room for me after the first night. I was left feeling like he didn't care at all whether I stayed an additional night, so since I was left to book the room online myself anyways, I decided to move along to another hotel for the remainder of my stay.

Unfortunately a hockey team (or maybe several) were staying at our hotel. They were placed on the 3rd floor, we were on the 2nd floor. Kids running and screaming until 11:30 p.m. when we were trying to sleep. Called from desk and was was told no security on and the person at the desk would go up and ask them to quiet down. Called the front desk twice.

The staff was truly welcoming and so friendly. Our room was just what we needed after our road trip. Also sooooo many food and shopping options literally right outside our door . Breakfast was delicious and hot and the area was clean. Loads of parking and both were included.

Love the 24 hr coffee & tea near the front desk. Check in and check out were easy but front desk staff is not always available. And the phone in my hotel room wasn't connected so impossible to call downstairs. Bed was ok but pillows were less than desirable. Bought one from JC Penny during my 2 night stay. Not sure if I would book again.
