Not friendly, poorly maintained
The staff was quite unfriendly and did not listen to our concerns. The first room was a wrong type, the second one still had trash bin dirty after the previous guests. Even after mentioning this, it was not clean for the next hours. Overall, the hotel doesn't offer a good experience apart from nice views from the top floors.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel nah der sehr schönen Altstadt. Zimmer im 14 Stock war sehr ruhig. Sauna im 17 Stock mit super Aussicht. Frühstücksraum ist sehr laut und ist sehr trostlos. Frühstück ist ok.
