Near the train station (500 meters), the city center and the famous Avenue de Champagne we offer a comfortable and well equipped apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a private condominium that borders the Marne. Whether for leisure with family, friends or business trips its location is the perfect place to easily visit the Hyper center and the vineyards of Champagne. The building has a yard for storing bicycles.
You will find many shops nearby: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, champagne houses, grocery stores, media library, cinema, theater ...
Supermarket (open from 7 am to 10 pm) and bakery nearby.

The parking :
In the street parking is free. At the foot of the building, four places are located in blue zone. This means that if you park on a blue floor marking you will have to respect certain rules: Parking is free but limited to 1:30 (9: 00 to 11: 30 and 14: 30 to 19: 00). You will also need to put a blue disk indicating the arrival time on your windshield. Parking in the blue zone is free on Sundays and public holidays.

Ideal location on the river
This apartment was spacious and well appointed and just a short walk to the great Champagne houses, the park at the Hotel de Ville, and the Notre Dame. The host is very responsive. Bonus feature, it’s just a short walk to a big Carrefours supermarket for practically anything you might need.

My friend and I enjoyed our one night stay in Epernay. The check in process was seamless. The flat was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. They included coffee rounds and sugar cubes with was nice. I took a pleasant morning stroll along the Marne and saw a lot of fish in the river. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

No me gusto k el check inn fuera a las 6pm y el check out a las 11am. Se solicitó un late check out, pero no hubo forma de conseguirlo. El apt estaba bien céntrico a todos los Restaurantes y la Ave. de Champagne

Very welcoming, well maintained, and inviting. Better than the photos. While not right in the middle of town, only steps away, quiet, and, private, and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay. Only wish we knew that the property was a short, 10-minute walk to the train station. Including a clear map of proximity to the terminal and center of town would be helpful to future guests. While the timing of our arrival was uncertain, our host was very hospitable, kind, and helpful in greeting us. Thank you for the accommodation. Would definitely book again. Much appreciated. Very nice and modern appartment.
We had a great stay in Epernay. What a warm welcome by the owner! When we had a question, he was around every day. The appartment was nice, neat and modern. Even cooling vans in the bedrooms! A great place to see the Champagne area.
