We can't wait to return to Ojo Azul Resort Vineyard! I was looking for a hotel with a pool in November, the pool and hot tub here were hot and perfect. The room was comfortable and scenic, all the rooms are built in a horseshoe shape around a small section of the vineyard so really all (garden view, vineyard view, pool view) are equally good. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant, there is a band and dancing at night, but it shuts down by 10pm. What surprised me the most though was their wine. We visited 6 different wineries in Valle de Guadalupe and my very favorite bottle was the Nebbiolo from Ojo Azul! Not to be missed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ojo Azul Resort in Valle de Guadalupe, and it was a truly exceptional experience. Nestled in the heart of Mexico’s premier wine region, the resort provides the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the vineyards. Each suite had a private terrace, which was perfect for enjoying a glass of local wine while watching the sunset. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room’s design really enhanced the overall experience. The staff at Ojo Azul were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They were always available to assist with anything, from arranging wine tours to recommending the best local restaurants. One of the highlights of the resort is the on-site restaurant, which features a farm-to-table menu with fresh, local ingredients. Every meal was a culinary delight, especially when paired with one of the many wines produced in the region. The breakfast included with the stay was a great start to each day, featuring delicious pastries, fresh fruits, and excellent coffee. The resort’s location makes it easy to explore Valle de Guadalupe’s wineries, but it’s also a peaceful retreat for those who prefer to relax on the property. The pool and spa areas were serene and well-maintained, adding to the overall sense of relax.

This is one of our favorites places we stayed in valle. They are dog friendly (13 pound dog) to their restaurant and pool amenities were a plus for us. The beds were comfy and the room was nice and big for a couple. Would stay here again.
