Everything was good, beautiful area, nice rooms, delicious restaurant. The only thing that happened to me was, I went to reception to ask for extra blankets because that night was cold, they ask me for the bedroom number, but they never brought the blankets. Also the heater remote control, I was not able to read the letters, so we couldn’t find out how to turn it on. Other than that I loved this place.

The hotel is nice with two pools, restaurant, bar by the pool, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. However, front desk service was terrible, lack of people skills, nothing informative, short in conversation, very poor customer service.

Since the moment we arrived we were greeted well by the security team and also a gentleman that showed us to the office and room and offered to help with our bags, the room was huge with a hot tub and seperate shower and good outdoor view, having the restaurant on the grounds was nice, they have good drinks and food and the waiters were very nice, only complaint I had was turning off the water on one day of our stay, it wouldn't have been an issue if we were informed, other than that its a great stay in Valle.
