Weekend stay at Hotel Boutique
This was our second time staying in Hotel Boutique and Spa. We were very excited to return and immediately booked this hotel because of our great stay last time but we were disappointed. The man at front desk was not friendly or welcoming. After checking in and noticing the shower had no hot water (not even warm) and that barely any water came out we asked someone please go in to fix. They said they would but didn’t. The next morning on our way to the horseback riding we booked on site (which was amazing with Jaime!) we asked again and they said someone would go fix the issue while we were out, again no one went. In addition, the main light in the room didn’t work and the small one that did work flickered when on. While checking out we noticed the mini fridge didn’t work so our food went bad. The property is nice and safe. The pool area is really comfortable with plenty of seating.

The Hotel was pleasant. but the water was an issue we wee left without water for two day out of my three day stay. the front desk never updated us on what was going on. and didn't offer to make the situation better. I will no be staying here again.

Very nice up and coming location. Restaurant staff were very attentive and caring but not many options of food. Room service needs a lot of work. We called 4 times to ask for towels since our room did not have any. We ended up going to the reception ourselves to get them instead. But overall good stay.

Fuego’s menu for dinner it’s too sophisticated make it more simple, how about menu for kids, and maybe a little store for snacks will be nice. also they ran out of towels and did not had any available all day til 9pm couldn’t shower earlier. finally the spa prices are too elevated they can be more moderate on the prices or packets. thank you

The property it self is not bad. But just like the other reviews mentioned, the toilet was not working and once it was fix water was leaking all over the floor. Areas are run down and property needs maintenance. Staff is very attentive. Food in the restaurant was good.

It was confortable and clean. The pictures are definitely different from the real thing which was somewhat disappointing. The service was very slow but the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was very minimal and not like the ones I had before; there was no real bread or anything other than small slices of fruit, coffee and flavored water. Unless you’re on a strict low calorie diet, you still have to buy breakfast if you want more than a few pieces of fruit and a small cookie. We love the pools and the drinks were great. The room was spacious but missed out on some basics that would have been convenient like a microwave. Overall 3.5 stars
