This property was easy to get to from downtown (farm complex), clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was the same cold and hot optons that i see in most hotel breakfasts. I felt safe as far as moving about the building. I can't speak to the area the hotel is in as I didn't have reason to investigate. The hotel does seem a little older/out of date based on wear and tear and decor but again, clean. Particularly happy that the bathroom had no molding grout.

Ive stayed in better but ive also stayed in worse. Room was very small. Towels were extremely thin. Shower presure was weak. Tv remote was damaged. Bed was ok, ive slept on way worse so it was nice to have a bed that wasnt stiff as a board. Room was very clean. Breakfast was simple and very good. The fresh yogurt machine was wonderful some fresh fruit to go with the yogurt would have been nice. 24 hr coffee in the lobby was nice. Never once saw a house keeper so that was strange. Receptionists were polite. Location was perfect. Right off the highway with a gas staion right next door. All in all wasnt bad. Id give a 3 1/2 star.

Mixed experience during our stay
We had a one-night stay at this hotel, and while some aspects were positive, others fell short. Pros: The check in process was smooth, with a friendly and efficient front desk attendant. The bedroom appeared clean, and there were no issues with bugs, unpleasant smells, or general cleanliness. Cons: The TV didn’t work beyond the guide channel, and we were informed it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day—after our stay was over. This was disappointing as we had two children with us, and entertainment was limited. The room phone didn’t work, so we had to use a personal cell phone to contact the front desk. While the room was generally clean, cobwebs on the bathroom light fixtures indicated a need for a deeper clean. I tripped over an exposed bed frame, which resulted in a cut on my leg. The other bed in the room was fine, but this was an issue. A manager came to take a photo but didn’t seem particularly concerned. Overall, while our stay wasn’t terrible, the unresolved maintenance issues and lack of attention to detail left us disappointed.

The first floor room, which bordered the parking lot, had a partially see-through window shade, and the room was visible to the outside at night. So no privacy. If we had known, we would have requested a floor above ground. Otherwise, staff, service, cleanliness, and location were excellent.
