Wonderful property with view!
We loved our stay in this spacious property! We had both units on 2 floors, for 2 couples. The patio areas were our favorite, overlooking the mountains and Lake Lucerne. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, and some spices. Regular coffee pot, and Nespresso machine. There was toilet paper and hair dryer supplied, but we purchased paper towels for kitchen, and soap for bathrooms, along with bringing your own shampoo, etc. The only negatives were bath towels were well worn, no washcloths provided, and euro pillows were quite flat. Also only duvets on bed, no top sheet that we are used to using in US. Would also appreciate fans to use for warmer nights. Property manager met us at unit, to show us how elevator worked, and answer any questions we had. We did have a rental car, due to there being switchbacks to get up hill to unit, but only used it to get to start of public transportation. We purchased a summer tell pass and used for all transportation, including at the numerous mountains we went to. Train station in Stans, only 10 min drive, with all day parking, and numerous bus stations in Ennetburgen. Believe there is a small parking lot with no limit, along Stanserstrasse street bus stop. Otherwise up to 3 hour limit at others. If we ever return to this area, would love to stay here again.
