Our special requests were dealt with promptly. The staff were very helpful and we really appreciated the elevator. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel and were pleased to discover meals at the nearby brew pub. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-appointed. The absolute best though was when we couldn’t get a taxi, reception called the hotel owner who drove us to our next destination - above and beyond good service!!

Prima Hotel, mooi in centrum. 5 min lopen vanaf station. Kamers netjes en schoon. Twee ventilatoren, maar bij warm weer niet voldoende. Strip scheidingswand douche mag wel vervangen worden. Zit schimmel aan, voor de rest prima schoongemaakt.

We hadden een 2 pers. comfort kamer geboekt. Het had een heerlijk bed met goede matrassen. Verder een fijne badkamer met regendouche. Het ontbijt was prima en goed verzorgd!!

- hôtel à côté d’un bar donc il y’a des personne qui crie à 2h du matin dehors les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage on entend tout - lit jumeaux au lieu de double comme prévu ( mais geste commercial déjeuner offert) - chambre et communs sale pour un 4 étoile c’est étonnant - table de chevet décroché du mur - Déjeuner peu convenable car peu de choix pour le prix ( je n’ai pas réussi à me faire de café et un employé m’a juste pousser sans proposer de l’aide) - literie peu agréable - certains employés sont peu professionnel
