We have been staying here for years multiple times a month. The last few times it’s gone way down hill. Last night and today there we zero towels shampoo soap anything at all in the room. Last night was definitely the last night I will ever book it here again. It’s a nice hotel but going down hill with typical stuff fast

Old horrible hotel. Dated, dirty and in disrepair. Cleaning service only on 3rd day. Burnt out light bulbs in room. Thread bare towels. Paper thin bed covers. Extra small pillows. Grout falling off bathroom tiles. Faucet falling off the shower/tub wall. Torn shower curtain. Dirty window curtains. Chipped painted furniture. Ceilings in disrepair. Questionable cleanliness of carpet and sticky tile floors. Broken elevator on one evening, one of our guests got stuck inside. Cockroaches in stairwell. Subpar breakfast. Will not be back and will not recommend. We were a party of 6 in 4 rooms. Everyone felt the same way. Only positive was Friendly staff.

The most remarkable thing about this hotel was the front desk agent. Sorry I didn't get her name but she was awesome and very helpful. The hotel is very nice. The location was very convenient but this is definitely a an urban hotel row. Nothing pretty or very walkable. A good nights sleep.

Never again.
Smelled like natural gas and sweaty socks. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and we ended up buying our own pillows just to sleep. Pool was closed. Lights in the parking lot at night never came on so had to park vehicle as close to your room window as possible just in case.

Overall, a very nice value for hotel stay. Country Inn has a nice, welcoming vibe in the foyer. Citrus infused water, apples, oranges, coffee and cookies are available. Breakfast was great! With DIY pancakes, sausages, eggs, potatoes,oatmeal to name a few. Grab and go option, ie bagels, muffins, fruit are available.

Was just one night but room was clean. Coffee needed to be kept full and maybe some pastries added to breakfast choices but all in all it was a nice place.

The hotel was very basic at best. We stayed there 3 nights and only had our room cleaned on the last night. The shampoo and soap was generic and not good! The front staff was very friendly and the breakfast was ok. It was clean. The pillows were little round balls. The best thing about the room was the shower water pressure!
