This beach apt. has stunning ocean views, and is steps away (2 minute walk) from the beach, and walk distance of restaurants, and local shops. Located in the beautiful beach town of Encinitas Neptune , the apartment has been completely remodeled with a boho chic designs to offer our guests a true San Diego experience. The outside area has a deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean, so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and a sunset happy hour in the afternoon all with a view!

Relaxing near beach
We had a fantastic stay! Extremely clean rental with everything we needed and the host was always quick in responding to any questions. Our stay was relaxing and only steps away from stone steps beach. Local restaurants and stores were a pleasure to visit. Wish our vacation was longer!

Great neighborhood. Clean.
We had the perfect December stay. Place was clean. Beds were comfy. Stocked with everything we needed. Even decorated for Christmas, which was a total bonus! Short walk to Stone Steps beach (lots of stairs, if that's an issue for you). Beach was clean. Great location. Short drive to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Parking was not an issue in Encinitas, which was great! Lots of free side street parking. Close to moonlight beach as well which had lots of activities going on. Host had everything prepared. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Space
A truly fantastic flat, less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Recently renovated, well appointed (decor, kitchen utensils, laundry, etc.) super clean and spacious, there is not a thing that would have made our stay more comfortable. Super responsive hosts in a very safe neighbourhood. We enjoyed the sunset views from the patio/living room and couldnā€™t have envisioned a better place to stay during our first family vacation with our infant in Encinitas. We will be back!

Paradise at Encinitas CA
Sarah and Lee are gracious hosts who provide very clean and comfortable accommodations in a great location. The beach is an easy walk and you can see and hear the waves from the small patio. We walked to restaurants and coffee places. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything youā€™d need We look forward to returning!

Pure perfection and beauty!
Every aspect of our stay was perfection. The amazing view of the ocean. Easy stroll to beach access. Comfortable beds and SO CLEAN. Every thing you need with a fridge with water. Coffee supplied. Owners on site and so kind and friendly. Close to walk to downtown and so many coffee shops and cafes. Beautiful town with a beautiful home away from home.

Grandsonā€™s First Road Trip
What an AMAZING place! It had everything our party of 5 needed, including a collapsable crib, for our grandson. The apartment was super clean, filled with natural light, and within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shops, and Stone Steps Beach. The beds were big and comfy. Perfect getaway

Beautiful, clean, great sunset view from deck, but no easy access to beach right now
Everything was perfect except that we were disappointed to find that the path to the beach was closed. One of the reasons we chose this property was to be able to easily walk down to the beach. Hopefully the owner will let other prospective renters know about this ahead of time.
