Unfortunately, we had no water due supposedly to a water line “break “. The room, 305 had dirty towels on the floor under the sink, and only two bath towels, no wash clothes or hand towels. Desperately needed use of the lobby restroom before check in, but was unavailable. My wife tried to speak to a construction worker and got a very rude response. Not sure I would want to use HHI Exp again.

Hotel was under renovation. Elevator was down, gym was closed, ice machine wasn’t working, active construction was difficult to navigate. Hotel conditions should be made aware of on website so decision could be made as to wether or not to stay.
