As you pull into the driveway, the beauty of this impeccably well-kept classic beach cottage will immediately impress you. Before you climb the deck stairs to the main level, do yourself a favor and stop for a moment to take in the opulent, heated pool. When you eventually enter the house, you will be greeted by a spacious entry area, well-stocked kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances to your left, and the open dining room straight ahead leading into a cozy living area with a smart tv and comfortable sofa bed. Just off of the living room is a luxurious master suite equipped with an exquisite king-size bed and en suite bath. If you instead pass through the kitchen, you will encounter a quaint hallway leading to a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, the laundry room with washer and dryer, and a second private bath.
Walk up the stairs, and you will come to two additional bedrooms and a third full bathroom. To your left is a comfortable bedroom with a full-size bed, private balcony, and a magnificent view of the sand dunes that rest between the neighborhood and the beach. Leave your windows open at night and fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves! On the other end of the upstairs is a cheerful bedroom with two twin beds that are perfect for any singles or kids in your group.
Back on the main level, grab your favorite book or beverage (or both!) and head for some quiet time on the screened-in porch, or mosey on down to the backyard for some outdoor games, or grill some juicy steaks or fresh seafood on the charcoal grill.

*ULTRA CLEAN GUARANTEE: We want guests to book with the assurance that the house will be Ultra Clean when they arrive. That's why we offer the Ultra Clean Guarantee. When a guest checks in, we guarantee that the house will be perfectly clean to their liking or we will gladly send our cleaning team out to the house to remedy the situation.
*OPTIONAL POOL HEATER: Guests have the OPTION to request that the pool heater be turned on during their stay. Please note that the availability of the pool heater is completely weather dependent. The pool heater is only available when the heater can effectively maintain the pool at a comfortable temperature (minimum water temperature of 80 degrees), which is when air temperatures are consistently at or above approximately 60 degrees (including overnight). Most years, this means that the heater is available from around mid-April until Mid-October (weather dependent). Because use of the pool heater is an optional feature, refunds will not be provided if the pool heater is unavailable during a Guest’s stay for any reason (e.g., cooler weather, maintenance, etc.).
NOTE ABOUT PARTIES, LARGE GATHERINGS & EXCESSIVE NOISE: Please also note that if you are looking for a location to host a party or loud gathering, this is definitely NOT the place for you. We have an amazing association of neighbors who work collectively to maintain the beauty and tranquility of the neighborhood. In an effort to do our part, we have a strict "no parties" policy, and the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighborhood are ensured by exterior security cameras and a Minut noise monitoring device that will immediately alert us when excessive noise levels are detected. Any guest who hosts, or attempts to host, an unauthorized gathering will be subject to immediate eviction without refund and a $500 fine (withheld from their security deposit). However, if relaxation, rejuvenation, and quality time with family and friends is what you are looking for, you will not find a more ideal setting in all of Emerald Isle!
HOUSE RULES
Guests must sign a Rental Agreement & agree to abide by House Rules.
Guests must pay a Security Deposit prior to arrival and agree to pay all costs for any damages incurred to the property during their booking.
OCCUPANTS
Guests are allowed a maximum of 10 total occupants on the property, unless they receive prior written permission from the Owners.
FUNCTIONS/PARTIES
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Gatherings of more than 10 people without Owner permission will result in immediate eviction without refund.
NOISE
Excessive noise and violations of “quiet hours” (10pm – 8am) will result in a $250 fee and subject renters to immediate eviction.
PARKING
Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
No illegal activity is permitted on the Airbnb property during the Guest's stay.
SWIMMING POOL
The Guest and Guest’s Occupants are permitted to use the pool AT THEIR OWN RISK and agree to not hold the Owners responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of the swimming pool. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that guests only use the swimming pool between the hours of 8am to 10pm. Breakable items, such as glassware, are not permitted in or around the pool area. A fee of $200 will be charged for violations plus costs incurred for clean up.
SMOKING/VAPING
Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property. $500 fee for violations.
PETS
Pets must be approved by the Owner in advance, and the Guest is required to pay the appropriate pet fee(s). Only small, adult dogs are permitted on the property. All dogs must weigh less than 50 pounds, be housebroken, and be at least 12 months old. No large dogs or puppies are permitted on the property. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture, must be secured in a dog crate when left alone (one is provided in the garage if necessary), and must be leashed when outdoors. Any dog that creates a nuisance for others for any reason, including, but not limited to, excessive barking or uncontrolled or aggressive behavior, will be immediately evicted from the property and the Guest will not be eligible for any refunds. Guests who bring a pet to the property without registering the pet and paying the required pet fee prior to their arrival date will be assessed a fee equal to double the standard pet fee. Guests agree to allow any unpaid pet fees to be deducted from their deposit upon checkout and to pay any remaining fees in excess of their deposit within 5 days of notification that fees are due.
ESCALATING LATE CHECK-OUT FEES
Late checkouts are not permitted without the Owner's written approval. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:00 AM EST will be charged escalating late check-out fees, starting at $50 fee for first 30 minutes (check out 10:01 - 10:30 AM)
$100 fee for next 30 minutes, etc. up to the full price of the Airbnb base rate for the following night. In addition, the Guest will be responsible for paying the full cost of any refunds provided to subsequent guests of the property resulting from the Guest’s late check-out
REFUNDS
Refunds will NOT be provided for events outside of the Owners' control, such as undesirable weather, natural disasters, or power outages, among others. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance at the time of their booking, especially for stays that will be during hurricane season (August-October). We will be more than happy to find Guest any information they need to file claims with their travel insurance company.
