Experience Ostseeurlaub at its best! In our 1997 built and 2005 newly furnished house you will find a friendly atmosphere all the comfort with which you every season a peaceful and relaxing stay. On 130 sqm living area on the ground floor, it offers plenty of space for your family or friends. And when the sun is not shining, you can relax on the terrace, in front of the stove or in the sauna. The house is located between the districts and Elmenhorst Lichtenhagen, just 25 minutes away from the center of Rostock. The primitive Elmenhorster beach is just 3 km away, to the fine sandy beach of Warnemünde is 5 km away. Idyllic, it can be almost impossible to live around Rostock. The holiday house has 800 sqm plot nestled lying on a 2-hectare private mill land. Enjoy the undisturbed vision and check all the fresh breeze caress your face!

Lovely appartment with all the luxery of your own house
Good situated, with own car you can get everywhere within half an hour. We loved our 5 days in this appartment.

We komen meestal 1 a 2 maak per jaar in Rostock vanwege familiebezoek, dus we waren al bekend hier. Maar deze locatie is absoluut TOP!! De ruimte, en alles is compleet. Wij komen terug.

Schöne Ferienwohnung unter Flügeln
Eine Unterkunft wie man sie selten findet. Wann hat man sonst die Gelegenheit unter den Flügeln einer Mühle zu schlafen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für unsere kibder war die neben der Unterkunft liegende Weide mit Pferden ein Highlight. Man ist schnell in der Rotocker Innenstadt, ebenso schnell in Warnemünde. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Schöner Urlaub für Groß und Klein
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Leider war das Wetter so regnerisch, dass die Pferde weggebracht werden mussten. Das wäre noch das absolute Highlight gewesen. Aber so bleibt noch Freude auf einen neuen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber, wir hatten ein Wäschpaket mit wirklich ausreichend Wäsche. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt, es gab ausreichend Platz für alle, viele Spiele für Kinder jeden Alters und sogar Bücher, falls man das eigene vergessen hatte. Mit dem Auto war man schnell in Warnemünde und auch die Umgebung bot gute Beschäftigung.
