Escape the crowd and enjoy your down time in a spacious, private setting. This modern coastal house offers all the amenities of home while being central to some of the best Downeast Maine has to offer. Acadia National Park is about a 35 minute drive, but most may also enjoy local hiking trails, city forests, breweries and eateries, concert venues (both small and large), waterfront parks, ATV trails and tours, beaches and the list goes on! At home, though, enjoy dinner or morning coffee on the deck while looking over over the back lawn and into the surrounding trees. Frequent wildlife visits include birds, deer, fox, owls, porcupines and wild turkeys. In the evening, sit back with a cold drink at the backyard fire pit.
There are two very popular and beautiful wedding venues nearby. Several ponds and streams for fishing or recreation are also just a quick drive away.
The house is located on a dead end street making it an ideal spot for your morning walk or jog. If you love finding adventure as much as relaxation, this is where you want to be!

Family vacation spot
We rented this house for a family vacation in Bar Harbor. The house is excellent, it was very well maintained. The host was very responsive. She answered any question we had. The check in and check out process was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Acadia vacation
A nicely furnished and well supplied house on a large, private lot. Plenty of room for eating and socializing, both inside and on the back patio. Quiet area with no neighbors visible from the property. The drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor was pleasant. Easy access to Ellsworth for shopping and dining.
